ABOUT THE COURSE :
The Anatomy Specialization consists of 4 courses:
Musculoskeletal and Integumentary Systems: This course covers the anatomy and functions of the integumentary system (epidermis, dermis, hair, nails, and glands) and musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, and skeletal muscles). It includes videos, lectures, and illustrations.
Cardiovascular, Respiratory and Urinary Systems: This course provides an overview of the relationships between the cardiovascular, respiratory, and urinary systems. It covers their structures and functions through lectures, videos, labeling activities, and quizzes.
Human Neuroanatomy: This course covers the anatomy of the central and peripheral nervous systems, including basic neuroanatomy, sensory pathways, motor pathways, and the autonomic nervous system. It includes lecture videos and quizzes to reinforce learning.
Gastrointestinal, Reproductive and Endocrine Systems: This course covers the anatomy and functions of the digestive, endocrine, and reproductive organs, and the pathways of nerves and blood vessels serving these organs. It includes clinical correlations, images and videos to illustrate concepts.
