CSC Portal Application: Visit the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) Information System and create an account. Select Program Type B and enter the HZAU Agency Number: 10504. Complete the form, upload documents, and submit to get your CSC Application Form.
HZAU Portal Application: Create an account on the Huazhong Agricultural University International Student Service System. Fill in the required data and upload all documents, including the downloaded CSC application form.
Document Review: The university will conduct a preliminary review of all digital files. Ensure all scans are clear and notarized where required.
Academic Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email for an online interview or academic assessment by the relevant department.
Final Results: Successful applicants will be notified through the portal. The university will then mail the official Admission Notice and JW201/JW202 visa forms.
