Academic Qualification: The applicant must have completed high school or an equivalent degree with an overall grade of at least "very good."
Time Since Graduation: The maximum allowable duration since completing high school is five years or less.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be between the ages of 17 and 25 to be eligible.
