China Pharmaceutical University (CPU) is a top-ranking specialized university located in Nanjing, China. Eligibility :
To be considered for the various scholarship programs at China Pharmaceutical University, applicants must meet the following general requirements:
Nationality: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.
Academic Background:
Bachelor’s: High school diploma or equivalent.
Master’s: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
PhD: Master’s degree in a relevant field.Age Limits: Generally under 25 for undergraduate, under 35 for master's, and under 40 for doctoral applicants.
Language Proficiency: HSK Level 4 or above for Chinese-taught programs.
IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 90 for English-taught programs.Academic Merit: Strong scientific research ability and competitive academic records.

Applicants are required to prepare and upload the following documents to the application portal:
Scanned copy of the passport home page.
Notarized highest diploma (in English or Chinese).
Official academic transcripts from previous institutions.
Language proficiency certificates (HSK, IELTS, or TOEFL).
A detailed study or research plan (minimum 800 words).
Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
Non-criminal record report.
Provisional acceptance letter from a CPU supervisor (mandatory for postgraduate research applicants).
How to apply :
Register on the CPU Portal: Visit the China Pharmaceutical University international student application system and create an account.
Submit Documents: Complete the application form and upload all required documents listed in the checklist.
Initial Review and Interview: The university will conduct a preliminary review. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview or academic assessment.
Obtain Pre-Acceptance: Successful candidates for postgraduate studies will receive a pre-acceptance letter.
Submit to the CSC Portal: For those applying for the Chinese Government Scholarship, you must also log in to the CSC system, select Category Type B, and use Agency Number 10316.
Final Notification: The university will announce the final admission results via the official website or email after the scholarship council's final review.
