Eligibility :
Open to Qatari nationals, residents, and international students
Academic Qualifications:
Master’s applicants: Bachelor’s degree (relevant field) with GPA ≥ 3.25/4.00
PhD applicants: Bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥ 3.25) and Master’s degree (GPA ≥ 3.50), from universities accredited by Qatar’s Ministry of Education
Degrees must be completed through full-time study
Language Proficiency: Academic fluency in Arabic plus adequate English proficiency
Application Rules:
Only one application allowed per applicant
Scholarship may not be combined with other awards unless approved
Performance Requirement (PhD):
Phase-based scholarship: must maintain minimum GPA of 3.5 to continue funding through coursework, prospectus, and dissertation phases

Completed online admission and scholarship application
Identification: Passport (international) or Qatari ID (nationals/residents)
Academic transcripts and degree certificates (Bachelor’s and Master’s, as applicable)
CV / Resume
Personal statement or academic essay
Two recommendation letters
Proof of English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL) or waiver if prior instruction was in English
For PhD only: Master’s thesis or research sample, and preliminary doctoral dissertation proposal
