Applications are invited to apply for the Emile Boutmy Scholarships 2024 in France. All International Students outside of the Europe are eligible to apply for Scholarships at Paris Institute of Political Studies 2024. Students those who want to study in France to undertake their Undergraduate Degree or Masters Degree are encouraged to apply. Emile Boutmy offering Scholarships at Science Po University in Paris, France. The award is available for all students around the world for the academic session of 2024-25.
Almost all academic fields and majors are offered by Sciences Po University under Emile Boutmy Scholarship to study bachelors and masters degree programs. Multiple scholarship funding is available to support students financially. The Scholarship Duration of the Bachelor’s Degree program is 3 Years and for Masters Degree it is for 2 Years. This is one of the Prestigious Scholarship in France for International students.
Eligibility :
International and non-European students are welcome to apply.
The applicant must be in good health.
It will be given preference to candidates with excellent academic grades.
In the admission application form, applicants should indicate the reason for applying for a scholarship.
Undergraduate scholarship applicants must submit all previous academic transcripts and certificates.
Master's scholarship candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, academic transcripts, and certificates.
The priority would be given to students participating in social and community service activities.
Required documents :
For an application at undergraduate level you must provide a proof of income and documents explaining your family situation (e.g. income tax return for both parents, payslips, divorce certificate, unemployment benefits, documents related to alimony, child support or retirement pensions, death certificate...).
For an application at graduate level no additional documents must be attached, however note that we might ask applicants to provide a proof of income if necessary.

The Scholarship Benefits:
The Émile Boutmy scholarship is exclusively awarded to incoming first-year students at Sciences Po. The Émile Boutmy program offers various options, which include:
1. A tuition grant of €14,210 per year for the full three years of the undergraduate program.
2. A tuition grant of €9,500 per year for the full three years of the undergraduate program.
3. A tuition grant of €6,500 per year for the full three years of the undergraduate program.
4. A tuition grant of €3,900 per year for the full three years of the undergraduate program.
Please note that if you fail to successfully complete your academic year, your scholarship will be forfeited. Additionally, should you be awarded a scholarship and decide to defer your admission, the scholarship will not be retained.
However, during the year spent abroad (typically the third year of the undergraduate program), scholarship recipients will continue to benefit from their tuition fee grant.
Moreover, if you choose to pursue graduate studies at Sciences Po after completing your undergraduate program, the Émile Boutmy scholarship will be automatically renewed for you.
