Italian Government Scholarships
More details :
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) is offering scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year. These scholarships target foreign students and Italian citizens living abroad. The goal is to strengthen international cultural and scientific cooperation and promote the Italian language and higher education system worldwide.
Applicants can apply for master's degrees, AFAM programs (arts, music, and dance), PhD programs, research under academic supervision, and language or cultural courses. The scholarship covers tuition, a monthly allowance of 900 euros, and health insurance. However, travel expenses and accommodation are not included. Each scholarship is granted for a period of 6 to 9 months, with possible renewals based on academic performance and available funds.
To apply, candidates must register on the “Study in Italy” portal and submit the required documents by May 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM CET. The application process is fully online.
