Eligibility :
Foreign citizens.
Persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Required documents :
For Bachelor's Degree:
1. Identity document.
2. Previous education document with transcript and attachment (if available), notarized translation into Kazakh, Russian, or English (average score of at least "good" for secondary education confirmation).
3. Motivational essay in Kazakh, Russian, or English.
4. Letter of recommendation in Kazakh, Russian, or English from the educational organization or employer.
5. Medical certificate for studying abroad, including therapist, narcologist, and psychiatrist conclusions, X-ray data, laboratory tests, and HIV/AIDS absence confirmation from the applicant's country of residence's official health authority.
6. Application form.
7. Invitation letter from a Kazakhstan university (if available).
For Master's Degree:
1. Identity document.
2. Previous education document with transcript and appendix (if available), notarized translation into Kazakh, Russian, or English (bachelor's or specialist diploma with at least 3.0 GPA or equivalent).
3. Motivational essay in Kazakh, Russian, or English.
4. Two letters of recommendation in Kazakh, Russian, or English from educational organization or employer.
5. Medical certificate for studying abroad, including therapist, narcologist, psychiatrist conclusions, X-ray data, laboratory tests, and HIV/AIDS absence confirmation from the applicant's country of residence's official health authority.
6. Application form.

8. International language proficiency certificate.
For PhD Degree:
1. Identity document.

How to apply :
Application Process:
1. Submit documents via the Operator's website.
2. The Operator verifies the documents. If they meet requirements, an online testing link is sent to the applicant’s email.
3. Take online testing to assess adaptive potential. Successful candidates receive an invitation letter for an interview.
4. Attend online interviews with representatives from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Operator, and universities.
5. Results of the Scholarship Program competition are announced before August 28 of the current year.
