King Saud University in Riyadh is offering fully funded PhD scholarships for international students through its Initiative 2025. The program supports students with full financial coverage, research opportunities, and access to a strong academic environment. There is no application fee. Candidates can start in either Fall 2025 or Winter 2026. The goal is to attract high-achieving researchers from around the world across various academic fields.

Eligibility :

To apply for the fully funded PhD scholarship at King Saud University, candidates must meet these requirements:

Open to both domestic and international applicants
Must hold a master’s degree from a recognized university

English Proficiency
Applicants must provide one of the following scores:

TOEFL iBT: minimum 61
IELTS: minimum 6.0 overall
STEP: minimum 85

Exemption from English test
Applicants with a master’s degree from one of the following countries may be eligible for a waiver:
