The MTCP (Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme) Scholarship is a prestigious program sponsored by the Malaysian government. The primary goal is to enable these students to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills that can contribute to the development of their home countries.

Eligibility :

  • Age: Not more than 45 years old.

  • Academic: Minimum Second Class Upper (Honours) or CGPA of 3.5 or equivalent.

  • English Proficiency:IELTS (minimum score 6) or TOEFL (minimum score 60).
    Previous degree in English medium.

  • Health: Excellent health certified by a doctor. Medical check-up costs borne by the applicant.

How to apply :

  • Register and apply at MTCP Registration.

  • Use the online system for the entire application and selection procedure.

  • Log in at different stages to check status or provide supplementary documents.

The Scholarship Benefits:

  • Tuition Fees: Paid directly to the university.

  • Monthly Allowance: RM3,500.00.

  • Air Ticket: One-off return economy class ticket from the student's closest international airport to Malaysia and back.
