More details :

The MOFA Taiwan Fellowship is a funded research fellowship offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan). It supports foreign scholars and experts who want to conduct advanced research at universities or academic institutions in Taiwan. The fellowship focuses on research related to Taiwan, cross-strait relations, mainland China, the Asia-Pacific region, and Sinology.

The program is open to professors, researchers, postdoctoral researchers, doctoral candidates, and doctoral students from overseas universities or academic institutions. The fellowship duration is usually 3 to 12 months, and selected fellows conduct their research in Taiwan.

This is a strong opportunity for researchers in humanities, social sciences, international relations, political science, education, history, Asian studies, and related fields.

Darrab Education recommends preparing a clear research proposal connected to Taiwan or the Asia-Pacific region and applying early because the application requires both online submission and postal submission to the relevant Taiwan mission.
