The Türkiye Scholarships program is open to students from all nationalities, offering opportunities for undergraduate, master’s, PhD, and research programs. Candidates must meet specific academic performance criteria, with a minimum of 70% for undergraduate, 75% for graduate programs, and 90% for health sciences such as Medicine and Dentistry. Age limits also apply, with applicants needing to be under 21 for undergraduate studies, under 30 for master’s programs, under 35 for PhDs, and under 45 for research opportunities. Recent graduates or students expected to graduate before admission are eligible to apply.
Additionally, applicants must not hold or have previously held Turkish citizenship, nor be currently enrolled in a Turkish university at the same level they’re applying for. Proof of language proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, DELF) and other specific documents may be required based on the program or university. Eligibility :
Academic Achievement
For undergraduate programs: A minimum academic performance of 70% is required.
For Master’s and PhD programs: A minimum academic performance of 75% is required.
For Health undergraduate programs (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): A minimum academic performance of 90% is required.
Age Criteria
Undergraduate applicants: Must be under 21 years of age.
Master’s program applicants: Must be under 30 years of age.
PhD program applicants: Must be under 35 years of age.
Research program applicants: Must be under 45 years of age.
Nationality
Open to citizens of all countries (non-Turkish nationals).
Applicants should not hold Turkish citizenship or have lost Turkish citizenship.
Education Status
