Eligibility :
Be a citizen of an eligible country
Hold an undergraduate (bachelor's) degree
Have a minimum of five years of full-time professional experience
Demonstrate leadership qualities and a record of public service
Have limited or no prior experience in the United States
Possess strong English language skills
Be interested in the policy aspects of their field of specialization
Required documents :
Transcripts and diplomas for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees (with English translation if not in English)
English Language Assessment Form (mandatory) and TOEFL or other English test scores (if available)
Complete answers to all essay questions in English
Copy of current passport or official ID (and for dependents, if applicable)
CV or résumé (up to three pages, in English)
Two letters of recommendation in English (one from current employer)
30-second video in English (mp4, up to 30MB) explaining your program fit and career goals
