The program funds postgraduate and doctoral studies in Germany. It targets students who share democratic values and aim to contribute to social and political development in their home countries. All courses are supported across various disciplines, but the scholarship prioritizes applicants interested in policy, law, economics, and social sciences.Scholarship holders receive full financial support, including a monthly stipend, health insurance subsidies, and family allowances where applicable. The program also includes personal mentoring, access to seminars, and membership in a global alumni network.
