The Lester B. Pearson International Student Scholarship is the University of Toronto’s most prestigious scholarship for international undergraduate students. It recognizes students with outstanding academic achievement, creativity, leadership potential, and the ability to contribute positively to their school and community.
The scholarship is for exceptional international students who want to begin a first-entry undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto. Students cannot apply directly without school nomination; they must first be nominated by their high school.

Eligibility :
Applicant must be an international student who requires a Canadian study permit.
Applicant must be in the final year of senior secondary school or have graduated recently.
Applicant must be beginning undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto in the eligible intake.
Applicant must be nominated by their high school.
Each high school can nominate only one student per year.
Applicant must apply to at least one undergraduate program at the University of Toronto.
Students already attending post-secondary studies are not eligible.
Students starting post-secondary studies at another institution before the eligible intake are not eligible.
Selection is based on academic excellence, creativity, leadership, and positive contribution to the global community.

Pearson Scholarship application form through the private link.
High school nomination.
Academic transcripts or school records.
Supporting documents required for undergraduate admission.
English language proof, if required by the University of Toronto.
Any additional documents requested through the official application system.
How to apply :
Ask your school counsellor, principal, or head of school whether your school can nominate students.
Your school must nominate you through the official University of Toronto nomination process.
Apply to an undergraduate program at the University of Toronto.
After nomination and admission application, you will receive a private link to complete the Pearson Scholarship application.
Submit the scholarship application and required documents before the official deadline.
Keep checking your email and the official University of Toronto portal for updates.
