Eligibility :
The following are the eligibility requirements for applicants:
Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals and be in good health.
Bachelor's degree applicants must have a high school diploma equivalent to a high school diploma in China, as well as an HSK5 certificate. They must also be under 30 years old by September 1st, 2024.
Master's degree applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and be under 35 years old by September 1st, 2024.
Doctoral degree applicants must have a Master's degree and be under 40 years old by September 1st, 2024.
Applicants who are set to graduate in 2024 must provide a pre-graduation certificate to confirm they will complete their studies and obtain their degree by July of 2024.

To apply for USTC Scholarships, it is necessary to submit the following documents:
An online application form for the USTC Scholarship, completed with signature and a recent photograph.
A photocopy of the candidate's passport.
A study or research proposal, with a minimum length of 800 words.
An updated curriculum vitae.
Two letters of recommendation from referees.
A photocopy of the foreigner physical examination form.
A photocopy of the degree certificate and academic transcript for both the bachelor's and master's degrees (if applicable).
Evidence of language proficiency.
