Eligibility :

Undergraduate Internship, Category I | Applicants may be eligible if they are:

  • Holders of a first-level university degree, such as a Bachelor’s degree, obtained within the last two years before the internship application date.

  • Undergraduate students in their third or fourth year of study.

  • Students who need to complete an internship as part of their degree requirements.

  • Master’s students who have not yet completed the coursework or final thesis.

  • Able to work professionally in English and/or French.

  • Available for an internship of 2 to 6 months, depending on the position.

Graduate Internship, Category II | Applicants may be eligible if they are:

  • Holders of an advanced university degree, such as a Master’s degree, obtained within the last two years before the internship application date.

  • Graduate students who completed coursework but have not yet completed their thesis.

  • Graduate students who already obtained a first advanced degree and are pursuing another degree.

  • Able to work professionally in English and/or French.

  • Available for an internship of 2 to 12 months, depending on the position.

Required documents :

  • Completed internship application.

  • Responses to the job questionnaire.

  • Motivation letter.

  • Updated CV or resume, if requested in the online system.

  • Academic information and degree details.

  • Proof of enrolment or graduation, if requested.

  • Language information, especially English and/or French.

  • Any additional documents requested by the specific internship roster or vacancy.

  • Assistance with Swiss visa formalities, if needed.
